Registration
​
All vendors must submit registration form to be considered for the market. Please don’t submit a registration form if your unable to attend the market.
Only submit one registration form per market as submitting more than one just slows down the process, all submissions will have an email confirmation that we have received them, this does not mean you have been selected to trade.
If no social media tags, website info or pictures of the items you sell are attached to your form, the application will be rejected.

Tables
6ft Table - £68 (Basic, no rail space)
9ft - £102 (6ft table & 3ft of rail space )
12ft - £136 (2 x 6ft tables or 1 6ft table & up to 6ft Rail)

If you are bringing a rail the middle option is your minimum requirement.
If you book for a 6ft table only, you will not be allowed to display a rail.

We supply the table, these will be 6ft x 2.5ft plastic trestle tables.
​
We will supply one chair per vendor, if you require an extra chair, these will be charged at £3 per chair.
​
Please book the space you require.

Only 2 people per booked slot.

(we do not supply these).

Kink Traders demonstrations kept to
a minimum and only on yourself or helper.
​
Cancelations - refunds will be given if we have been notified one month before event date.
​
Pictures - We allow the public to take images on the night, if you do not want this please notify
us and we'll supply a no photography notice for
you to display.
however our photographer is exempt from this(they have a pass to show who they are)

Social media
posting is encouraged however please be mindful of the effort we put into our brand and art work, do not make up posters that haven't been approved by us. if unsure check with us before posting.

We'll promote all traders and the event on all our pages (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok) We expect traders to promote and share the event via their own socials and support other traders posts.
​
Please don't spam our pages with daily tagging this can cause or pages to be taken down, also this takes away from other traders.
​
paid advertising will start 1 month before the event.
​
​Free giveaways - can these either not be done or given along with a purchase. this is to stop customers coming along just for free stuff and could effect other traders business.

Selection Process
Noir Night Market is a curated market.
​
Trading is by invite only.
​
We carefully go through all the applications submitted before we send out an email with an invite to trade, these will have a booking form that must be filled out along with payment being sent.
​
Each email will have a deadline to respond to if we haven’t had a response by this date the spot will go to someone else.
​
We do not offer table sharing, unless approved before payment.
​
The venue doesn't have wifi, so make sure you have a connection for card machines
​
if you've not had a email inviting you to trade, you'll be automatically added to the waiting list.

Do not send over any payments before receiving and email with an invite to trade, if done so we’ll refund the payment back to you.
