Registration 

 All vendors must submit a new vendors registration for every market. Please don’t submit a registration form if your unable to attend the market.

Only submit one registration form per market as submitting more than one just slows down the process, all submissions will have an email confirmation that we have received them, this does not mean you have been selected to trade.

If no social media tags, website info or pictures of the items you sell are attached to your form, the application will be rejected. 

If you’d like to submit more images than the form allows email these to info@noirnightmarket.com

 

Tables 

6ft Table - £65 (Basic, no rail space)

9ft - £97 (6ft table & 3ft of rail space ) 

12ft - £130 (2 x 6ft tables or 1 6ft table & up to 6ft Rail)

If you are bringing a rail the middle option is your minimum requirement.

If you book for a 6ft table only, you will not be allowed to display a rail.

We supply the table, these will be 6ft x 2.5ft plastic trestle tables. 

​

We can supply chairs, these will be charged at £2 per chair. 

​

Selection Process

 

Noir Night Market is a curated market.

​

Trading is by invite only. 

​

We carefully go through all the applications submitted before we send out an email with an invite to trade, these will have a booking form that must be filled out along with payment being sent.

​

Each email will have a deadline to respond to if we haven’t had a response by this date the spot will go to someone else.

​

  We have payment options available full payment, 50% non-refundable deposit then remaining 50% to be paid no later than 1 month before market date. 

Or if you need to discuss other payment options, please message us before submitting the form.  Please pay in a timely manner, we shouldn’t have to chase people for payment.

Do not send over any payments before receiving and email with an invite to trade, if done so we’ll refund the payment back to you.
