​AGE VERIFICATION
All of our event age limits are in line with the legal drinking age of the country in which the event is held.Please be aware this does change from location to location. Most events are either 18+ or 21+ depending on location and the majority of venues that we work with operate a ‘Check 25’ policy.If you look under 25 please ensure you bring ID with you to gain entry.The door staff/bar staff will only accept a valid Passport Drivers License or national residents ID.The venue reserves the right to refuse anyone entry without proof of ID.​​
REFUNDS –
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the diverse nature of our events and wide range of venues we work with cancelation and refund policies vary from event to event. However, these will always be listed within the event specific terms and conditions.If you are ever unsure of these please contact noirevents666@gmail.com
Tickets bought through any other third party will be subject to the cancellation policy imposed by that company.

​​REFUNDS – REFUSED ENTRY
Where prepaid tickets are purchased or table deposits are paid the venue and event management retain all rights and entry is not guaranteed but will not unfairly be withheld.Tickets will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:You are deemed to be too intoxicated.You appear to be under the influence of drugs.You don’t have valid ID proving you are of age for the event. (See above). In the instance of entry being refused for one of the above reasons the decision of the door staff is final.

LAST ENTRY
Due to the diverse nature of our events and wide range of venues we work with last entry policies vary from event to event.(Last Entry is dependant on the event, this will be on the ticket However, these will always be listed within the event specific terms and conditions.If you are ever unsure of these please contact noirevents666@gmail.com Please be aware that due to the demand for our events there may be queues. Once the venue reaches legal capacity we will operate a one in one out policy. At this point any queue-jump privileges attached to your tickets will be void. ​
VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Noir Events reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Noir Events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Noir Events may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Noir Event including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject. A person attending a Noir Events event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact Noir Events at noirevents666@gmail.com in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Noir Events will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.By participating in a Noir Events event or by failing to notify Noir Events ,in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by Noir Events ,you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Noir Events from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.Any person or organisation not affiliated with Noir Events may not use, copy, alter or modify Noir Events photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Noir Events.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!​
